Data controller
The operator’s final legal name, company ID and registered address will be added once provided. No invented company details are presented in the meantime.
The policy covers visitors, people submitting service requests, clients and potential clients, users of cleaning, housekeeping, Airbnb/Booking and Property Care services, business clients, job applicants, public employee profiles and CityHelp cardholders who mention a card in an enquiry.
What data may be processed
Depending on the form, we process only information voluntarily provided and needed for the stated purpose: name, phone, email, area, service, property details, schedule, notes and other relevant request information.
Име, телефон и email, когато е предоставен
Населено място, район и адрес на услугата, когато е необходим
Тип имот, услуга, площ, стаи, предпочитана дата и час
Допълнителни задачи, бележки и друга доброволно предоставена информация
CityHelp data
Forms may ask whether you have a CityHelp card and its type through hasCityHelpCard and cardType. Card numbers and QR codes are not required. There is no automatic verification or guaranteed discount. CityHelp is a separate membership layer and does not automatically receive request data without an active integration.
Job applicants
Applications may include contact details, area, preferred position, experience, work model, availability, languages, transport, introduction, CV and documents. A photo is optional and voluntary. Candidate files are private, are not published automatically and are accessible only to authorised selection personnel.
Retention periods
CVs and initial candidate documents are kept for up to 6 months after the relevant selection procedure, unless law requires otherwise or the candidate gives separate, explicit and voluntary consent for longer consideration. Other data is kept only for the relevant service, legal, accounting or claims period.
Purposes of processing
Processing may support enquiries, proposals, service organisation and confirmation, client communication, subscriptions, Property Care, Airbnb/Booking housekeeping, complaints, recruitment, security, abuse prevention, legal duties and claims.
Legal bases
Depending on the case, processing may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual steps or a contract, Article 6(1)(c) for a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(f) for legitimate interests, or consent where genuinely necessary.
How we receive data and who may access it
We receive data directly through online forms, phone, a real email only if activated, service delivery and job applications. Access is limited where necessary to the operator, authorised staff, technical providers, infrastructure providers, advisers and public authorities. Appropriate GDPR safeguards apply to required transfers outside the EEA.
Your rights
You may have rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. Rights are not absolute. You may complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, kzld@cpdp.bg, https://cpdp.bg.
Security, profiles and automated decisions
Appropriate technical and organisational measures include access control and data minimisation. This public site does not store enquiries in its own backend. Public employee profiles contain only approved professional details. Pleven Housekeeping does not make significant legal decisions solely by automated processing.
Cookies, third-party sites and updates
The site may use strictly necessary cookies and technical storage. No analytics or marketing cookies are claimed where they are not active. External CityHelp, Housekeeping.bg, Turbozol Marketplace and Mazzeo Media Group sites have their own privacy rules. Do not submit identity, banking or unnecessary special-category data. Security incidents are handled under GDPR and this policy may be updated.
