Pleven Housekeeping aims to make the website and its main public functions usable by as many people as possible, including people using keyboard navigation, screen readers, enlarged text or other assistive technologies.

Target standard

We aim to follow the applicable principles and criteria of WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the site is developed and improved.

Implemented measures

responsive layout and zoom usability
meaningful labels for links, buttons and fields
language attributes and sufficiently large touch targets

Forms and requests

Service Request, Housekeeping NOW, Contact, Job Application and CityHelp selector use labels, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus, understandable messages and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms.

Images

Content images use appropriate alternative text. Decorative images are handled to avoid unnecessary noise for assistive technologies.

Known limitations

We continue to test and improve accessibility, and some parts may not fully meet every criterion.
